Here we go! Van Levinson Gould has left home for her first big trip. For real this time.
We woke up this morning thinking we’d head to Florida but then changed our minds. 😅 The weather got warmer than we’d anticipated and the Keys will be there later.
Now we’re headed toward Yuma, Arizona for the next couple of months. Other than the destination, we don’t have much of a plan. We’ll stop when we’re tired and drive when we’re not. Rett will drive, and I’ll get work done. We’ll get there when we get there.
We’ve also had some new kitchen additions that I thought I’d share (if you read my latest Instagram post, you can just scroll on 😅). We’ve added – a magnetic spice rack, a paper towel holder, and new leather handles & knobs. 
I love everything about our tiny kitchen, so I thought I’d answer some FAQs.
Where do you cook? – We have a Coleman stove and an Instant Pot. I’ve never been a great cook, but these two things get the job done! We’d starve without them. 
What about water? – We carry our own fresh water under the sink and have extra in the back when we run out. We use 5 gallon jugs that we can refill at Walmart. 
Do you have a fridge? – Yes! We have a 12 volt Alpicool refrigerator inside the bench across from the sink.
It’s only been a couple of weeks since we’ve been officially full time (and there are definitely pros and cons to living so tiny), but I am just loving it so far! I have a feeling we’re about to experience some serious pros. 🚐
